For the first time in three years, measurable snowfall transformed the always beautiful Carolina campus into a winter wonderland. Tar Heels enjoyed the conditions, sledding around campus, hanging out with friends and taking pictures at the Old Well.

The chancellor sent well wishes to the Carolina community and shared a video of him and Rameses exchanging gifts in celebration of the holiday spirit.

The Jingle Bell Jog, an annual tradition for Carolina faculty and staff, returned Dec. 6. Tar Heels turned into Santas, elves, reindeer and candy canes as they got out in the sun on a chilly Friday.
